History Requires an Endless Stream of New Apostles

The continuous course of history requires an endless stream of new apostles, to announce the Gospel and to live in the heart of temporal life, like yeast in dough. These new apostles will be fervent disciples of Jesus Christ, completely integrated into their own time and the different milieus in which they live. They will be, at the same time, Christians deeply engaged in the apostolic movement that is best suited to their social and professional status and unfailingly focused on living in a complementary situation with other associations. The exercise of the apostolate is all the more credible and effective the more the movements accept their diversity and contribute to the same objective of evangelization in a fraternal collaboration: in that case, they represent a treasure for the unity of the Church in a state of mission.
